True, but things were right when conferences had 10 members or less.


WVU in the Big 12, Maryland and Rutgers in the Big 10, Louisville in the ACC, Notre Dame as a non-football member of the ACC, the Pac 10 (12) no longer playing a round-robin schedule, the departure of 4 of the Big 12's members, … You're absolutely right about the money thing but as the old saying goes "Money doesn't always bring happiness."
