We may find out 10 years from now that e-cigs are dangerous in some way,


but for now, for those who do smoke, it's at least getting rid of one KNOWN risk for the POSSIBILITY of having a different tbd risk.

As for nicotine, a MD friend of mine once said "Nicotine is a relatively harmless little drug. A mild stimulant. It's the delivery system that's the problem."

And yeah, you could say "but it's highly addictive." Yup, it is...but if an addiction is cheap and harmless, is it a terrible thing?

Note - other than about 15 cigars in my lifetime (mostly celebrating VT football accomplishments between 95 and 99), I've never been a smoker.
