Agree, but even if the game was close 5 (as a SR) should have
had better court awareness in relation to the amount of time left on the clock. I don't fault him for taking that shot with confidence, but I do fault him for taking the longest 3-pointer in the entire game when 2 points was good enough to win the game. WRT Hill, I don't fault him for rushing that put back shot because I am not sure he (or any player) would know how much time was left in that situation. Do you think he had enough time to dribble in closer or at least away from the end line to take a higher percentage shot? Given that he struggled the entire game and his confidence seemed low, he may have had better luck going with a bank shot off the glass instead of trying to go all net.
