We were not good this year. However, I do think that the combination of overconfidence after FSU, how the ECU cancellation was handled, the abomination at ODU, some player problems/attrition and losing a starting QB all at about the same time was a gut punch that we never really recovered from. We got the remaining four wins with some gritty play and a little more than our share of luck.
