Can anyone give any specifics as to what Brooks is doing or not doing to contribute to the current state of the program. I don't want to hear about Kendyl, she may not be a good player, but UVA didn't have good players either. The problem is much deeper than Kendyl.

Is the problem recruiting, is it culture, is it toughness, is it system, what is it? Or perhaps, you will say we just hit a slump and will snap out of it soon. Specifically, what is the issue?
