Yes, he missed that layup. If it had dropped, his stat line would have


looked much better.

How was he going to score more? He tried to draw fouls a couple of times. He wasn't able to get those calls. (In one case, it led to a subsequent offensive foul on Blackshear.) He's clearly been struggling with his outside shot and UVa does everything it can to prevent dribble penetration. They missed so few shots and had so few turnovers with a high percentage of offensive rebounds that there were few transition opportunities. (They only missed 22 shots total and had 8 offensive rebounds. I'm not sure how many of their 9 turnovers were live-ball turnovers.)
