It can be difficult with the head gear on. One thing that may help you is


learn their tattoo's. Most wrestlers (not all) have them in areas that are easy to see with a singlet. For someone new to the sport learning them is a quick and easy way to determine who you are seeing. I.E. Laprade has a VT tattoo on the inside of his left bicep.

I know that might seem odd, but it has helped me in the past.
