I know this goes on now, but I think you are going to see more of it. If you are a rising Jr. and down the depth chart, you may not be able to stay at a big time program, they may force you out to make room for new recruits and transfers. Weed out they mistakes and make sure they can recruit 25 guys every year. The result will be that guys who love a school and want to stay won't be able to.
