No. From an offensive POV (P+R+A), RJ is at 34 p/g and Zion is 33.4 p/g, so
RJ is in fact statistically better than Zion.
Both are lottery picks, so it is pick your poison.
While Zion gets all the press and raves, RJ has had better overall offensive stats, but they're close.
