I had a similar experience with the Habs in that picture


I actually didn't buy any hab seeds. Those came from a seed pack of cali wonder bell peppers. I knew they weren't bells of course, and I suspected they were hot. But my dad was around and we had previously enjoyed a few refreshments. I said "well, I've gotta find out some time", picked one and took a generous bite. The intensity of the heat sent me into a violent rapid hiccup spell...I'm sure it was hilarious but didn't seem that way to me at the time...
