Disney is doing it for the SEC and ACC networks.

They would be doing it for the PAC12 network too if it were theirs.

But I think the PAC12 would have more synergy with Fox than Disney since they have more synergy with the Big Ten anyway. I don't know what the Fox long term sports strategy is though. They just sold a bunch of their holdings.

If I were the PAC12, I'd try to see if either Disney or Fox would be interested in buying the PAC12 network. Then if one of them did, they would help it get distribution to subscribers.
