He hurt his knee because his shoe failed in some way.

Now it's possible that Zion did a shi##y job of lacing them up properly and the shoes were fine, but as q said, if I'm driving my car and my tire blows up as I make a normal move that that tire SHOULD handle, then yeah, I'm not going to buy those tires anymore.
