Even if Penn State is a Quad 1 loss, the Committee may still view it


differently (aka a bad loss). Penn State has 5 conference games (Ill x2, UMD, @Wis, and @Rutgers) left on its schedule, so it may not be a Quad 1 loss come Selection Sunday.
