With charges like that.the case leaves Fuentes hands


Tech change its policy after the MV2 incidents 15 years ago. Felony charges produce automatic dismissal until they’re resolved. That comes from the top of the university. It’s great that Mook has this resolved. Hopefully he learned a lesson. It’ll be interesting to see where he goes
