I'm having success with it. I don't get cravings much anymore so it's


easier for me to not overeat. Eating feels more like a conscious decision than a compulsion. As a result, I've found it much easier to stick to than any diet I've done before. I'm also a little calmer and less anxious in general. If you do it, make sure you drink lots of water and get plenty of electrolytes. When I feel crappy, that's almost always the reason. I make keto-ade in the morning with about a half teaspoon each of salt and No Salt (a salt substitute made with potassium chloride).
