I wore glasses playing both OF in baseball and softball and never had...

a problem even during night games. I had more problems with the sun as any player does. The guy can also wear contact lenses if they don't irritate his eyes, but glasses are better than contact lenses when playing sports because losing a lens can be a pain in the butt.
