I assume you're explaining why the Committee might choose to seed them
higher. I agree that would likely be the justification. However, they also have three Quadrant 2 losses.
It frustrates me that the Committee's approach rewards inconsistent performance. K State gets the benefit of its Q1 wins while there is little discussion of the Q2 losses. (If they didn't have the Q2 losses, they'd be rated higher than VT and we wouldn't be having this discussion.)
