With BC seeded 17th, he takes on Van Brill of Rutgers, the 16th seed. Not suggesting that is an "easy" match, but BC has a damn good shot at winning that one. Under the previous system, BC would have been assigned randomly, and could have seen number 1, 2, or 3 in the first round.
