Got to be easy, but I'm an old fart.

After computer was restarted (after ISP maintenance down time) when I now open a new tab in Chrome I get a cursor in the URL/search bar.

I used to get the google logo with google search in middle of screen with shortcut icons for recently visited pages beneath it - how do I get that back to that default when opening new tab?

Checked settings, but nothing that I saw readily - again got to be easy enough...
