First, until recent times and unless your name is Duke or Kentucky, success is generally built on chemistry and experience so I am not sure how you believe that negatively reflects on VT's success with Buzz The Fox story may or may not have negative repercussions and it is a good idea to avoid the word never when possible. However, administrators are not prone to making positive defenses along the lines of VT's statements unless they have a modest level of comfort that it is unlikely they will be forced to eat them in short order. Yes in game decisions the other day could be debated but, if you want to bang on mistakes a fair evaluation demands credit for the good as well. Buzz has done a nice job getting the team to its current position and that, at least in my opinion, far outweighs the negatives you cite. That is even before discussing the true benefits and costs of a win in the quarterfinal the other day. Your statement the other day was dumb and you have not raised the bar measurably with this attempt, in my opinion.
