Hey at least with Alibaba granted PAC12 the right to stream in mainland China..

"Pac-12 NewCo" allows private equity investors to own up to ten percent of the PAC-12 conference


Googling pulls up other article such as ESPN.com (dated May 2018) stating The Pac-12 Conference distributed a little over 509 million in revenue to members
