Big difference between Mike Young and the coaches you mentioned..

Ricky Stokes was way over his head. His first year at VT was his best, likely because he inherited some players.. still barely above .500. That was his last winning season in his coaching career. Won 14 games at 2 years at ECU. Essentially... JJ is in the same boat. Career asst coach who was handed an ACC job.

Mike Young has run a program from start to finish and had success doing it. Big difference.
