This isn't a contract for life..it's a result-based deal.

He'll need to be open to maybe going against his past inclinations as far as hiring assistants, recruiting strategies etc. And I trust he will. We all want this marriage to work. I think a key in this is, he doesn't seem to have ego (although I think it's kinda funny, notice how often he refers to himself in the third person?).
