Why “prove him guilty” with school administration and not push harder for jail time in a truly legal setting? If I were her and was beaten, there would have been serious consequences for this young man. And in this day and age, if this happens, I doubt Sands let’s him finish his degree. But it sounds like he was allowed to finish school.
