out OK. He also noted that with the MY hire he was getting someone who would build a program. He didn't use those words with Buzz. But overall he was very complimentary of the work Buzz did and appreciative. He noted it was pretty cool to play Duke in the ACC tournament and "taking over the crowd".

I am sure every hire for WB won't end up being a home run. But I have to say I like the way he goes about the process. Very deliberate and focused on certain qualities. He waits until he has had a sit down face to face meeting before offering the job. Tends to trust his inner instincts.
