You know what's best for him? Could be a significant other to consider. If he's truly serious on his grad degree, transferring that work, is not that easy to do. He will all ways be beloved here. If he does stay, that even cements his legacy more. I hope he stays, but whatever HE decides, it's his life, I wish him the best.
