Hosting a crawfish boil in a few weeks. My Louisianan friend is flying in
125lbs of crawfish for about 15 of us. Snagging 10lbs of shrimp as well. I've never done this before so I'm leaving all the cooking up to his brother, who is the chef of the family. I'm pretty excited for it, I don't think I've ever had crawfish. Here's hoping for a nice day and, if not, a fridge full of beer.
