As usual you're only partly correct


Agree on preferring north VB. It's the established 'hoods where there's not as much room to cram new stuff in. From third grade on I lived in this area, first in Diamond Springs and then in Wolfsnare for HS.

And yes, the sprawl in the south since they blew up the Green Line years ago is ridiculous, but it's nowhere near as bad as NoVa (lived there 11 years).

You should explore the far south more - there's some really cool stuff. Munden Point, Sandbridge, False Cape, Back Bay, North Landing River...
