When I was selling my house in Stratford, CT, we got all kinds of Turkey


omens.

It's very much a 'city like' location where my house was, yet we had a wild turkey wandering the neighborhood...and a lot of potential buyer activity, including an offer.

But on my way to work in Shelton, I'd occasionally see a group of turkeys, and within a day or 2 of the offer, I saw a roadkill turkey, and the offer fell through. In addition, the one turkey who had been wandering the neighborhood hadn't been seen in days.

A few days later, the neighborhood turkey was back, and was even perched on our porch roof at one point....and we got an offer and accepted it soon after.
