My point was that if a power conference is willing to have members

with football stadiums with a capacity of less than 45k, then maybe it shouldn't be a big deal especially since VT could decide to schedule an OOC home-home series with Wake (see the UNC-Wake series), BC (if BC was no longer VT's protected cross-division game), or Duke (if VT and Duke were no longer in the same division).

Also, I wouldn't have any problems with VT scheduling a home-home series with Marshall, Air Force, Army, or Navy because sometimes there are more important things than bottom line dollars.
