from the previous 2-3 seasons, then BC may not miss a beat or too much of a beat. I would love to see the program get to a place where it could do that just about every season. I am not talking about from a "reload" standpoint, but be able to stagger out the starters so VT isn't replacing an entire unit in the same season.
