the larger battery. I don't use the self-propelled drive at all. Generally I'm pleased with it. My neighbor uses a gas mower, and his yard always seems to look a little neater than mine, but I think that is because he cut's his pretty short, while I use the highest setting. Also, I have the feeling that I need to walk a little slower with it, but that may just be me being self-conscious to get my yard as nice as the neighbors.

I went all-in on EGO, so I can use the same batteries for mower, blower, string trimmer and hedge trimmer. Definitely like not having to deal with gas. I do keep the batteries inside, so they don't see the temperature fluctuations in my uninsulated garage.
