for VT, as currently with the number of transfers leaving the program, combined with the missteps (NCAA granted but VT is in the news over it) from OL Brock Hoffman having a solid good story about a star who transferred to VT, made positive impact on/off the field thus raising his stock and image due to our offense... .that's a story line VT needs going into 2020 recruiting cycle...

Over time this transfer portal could be a positive but like recruiting, coaching, marketing, it requires a new set of resources that VT will have to allocate someone's time too...

All said, Feaster in Fuente's RPO offense would be strong, as he has the size to go between the tackles and speed to go outside, combined with the depth at H-back and receivers, this offense could be mighty explosive!!!! Also with that RB suddenly we can control the clock!!!
