Yet another GoT question (spoiler)

Are the Iron Islands considered part of the new six-kingdom arrangement? In the books and the show, the Iron Islanders have always been considered outsiders compared to the rest of Westeros. Maybe even more so than the Northerners. And the Greyjoys did strike a deal with Dany for independence. Or is Bran not respecting any of the old arrangements?
