The EPL will be interesting. I am not sure without massive expenditure that the sky is the limit for the spurs; LFC is young, with talent that is locked up for a long time. Other than Pulisic, Chelsea can't sign anyone and Sarri is gone. Lord knows about Arsenal. Man. U. the checkbook club that they are is w/o Europe, so I think they will struggle to sign players that want to play for Europe. Other than Citeh and Liverpool, the 3rd and 4th spot are wide open.
