Demand for the ~350k-400k football tickets is much higher on a per ticket basis than the demand for the ~150k basketball tickets (of which roughly half are weeknight and/or 2nd tier opponents).

As for the quality of the product, that's subjective, and even then it is only part of the value equation. You’re clearly conflating your opinion with the broad market’s opinion of the value of an individual seat.
