Depends on why you are doing it...


it works great with a Keto eating plan. But you HAVE to be dedicated and disciplined. For cutting, fat loss happens quick when you do some fasted HIIT in the morning, far before breaking the fast. It's not a lifestyle you want to keep up long-term, but when you want to cut, or get a jumpstart on resetting your body, it works. One neat part is your productivity increases... breakfast and lunch time is saved for other things, and if you do it right, you stop thinking about food.
