Clearly..clearly, it needs fixing.
But can it be fixed?
The folks who are breaking it would likely be involved in any "fix" process.
Congress is incompetent (not trying to go political here, folks, so settle down). They can't fix it.
The universities taken individually are often hotbeds of insanity; they're not equipped for the most part.

It is crazy.
I think the NCAA was begun with all the best intentions. It has evolved into a clustereff.

But can it ever be fixed?
Is complete and total disbandment the answer?
What does a sportsworld without an NCAA look like? Minor League baseball? Arena football?
