Is there a crazy hot scale for Lesbians?


I have a tenant who definitely plays for the other team. No complaints from my side, nor do I care where she has desert; she's clean, pays rent on time etc. so no problems.

But Im just assessing risk if she ever goes loopy, what the crazy hot scale looks like for her type..........
