I would have agreed with it if Vettel had made a conscious decision to block LH, but he didn't. I consider that a "racing incident," and the officials should have ruled it as such.

But I agree with your title line. The difference between Vettel and Hamilton is that Vettel makes mistakes...at least one big mistake every race. I attribute that to him pushing beyond the limits of the car.
