Wow. Cameroon over NZ today.

I was in Cameroon for a few minutes once, having walked over the bridge on the Chari River and stood briefly at "X". Where the "Y" is is where I got a US Embassy Land Rover stuck in the sand driving along the river looking for hippos. Yes, they have hippos.

My Dad was a Foreign Service Officer stationed in N'DJamena (then Ft. Lamy) from 1966-1968 and I spent two summers there.
