I do think the arbitrators may have a difficult task ahead
and it will be interesting to see how both sides argue their point. There may not be a "right" or "wrong" answer here. At the very least it could change as the "culture" within the US changes.
For example other countries in the world (i.e. in Europe, Latin America, and South America) have had women's pro leagues for years. However, the US has been slow to create them and/or lack the markets in order for them to succeed. It could be a chicken and the egg argument going on here. Whereas in 100 or 200 years from now, things in the US could be different because more people have an interest in watching women pro leagues.
