Full Final Statistics-Week 26
All three Hokies playing this week had a top 20 placing going into the weekend. Only Trevor Cone was able to convert. Cone had a T14 finish at the Korn Ferry Tour's Utah Championship for his first top 20 and world ranking points since his win in week 32 last year. He made $11,962.50 for the week, moved up 31 spots in the points rankings to #135 and scored 1.27 world points to move up 39 spots to #580.
Drew Weaver finished T44 cashing $2,212.70, but unfortunately it moved him down 3 spots to #26 and he is now below the cutline for a PGA card next year. Going by the math of the TV guys this weekend, he would need a Top 4 finish or two top 9 finishes to have a decent shot at being in the top 25 at the end of the year.
Scott Vincent stay at the Japan Tour's-Dunlop SRIXON Fukushima Open 2019 was shortened when the final round was rained out. He finished T22 winning ¥365,357 (~$3,400), which moved him up 1 spot to #21 in their money standings. Most of the Asian tours have very sporadic events for the next two months, so for the rest of the summer it will be mostly U.S./European based events.
