Jarrett Culver was a 250-300 ranked recruit and was picked 6th this year +


they snagged Tariq Owens from St. John's, a BIG TIME grad transfer. Basketball isn't all that complicated. Texas Tech has the 16th ranked recruiting class in 2019, 33 in 2018, and 39th in 2017 per 247. They filled a roster with 3 stars, struck gold with Culver and landed a big time grad transfer. Their success wasn't related to recruiting...
