From 2017 to 2019 recruiting classes VT was 4th in 4* recruits

behind only Clemson, FSU, and Miami. About the best we will ever due short of major money influx and/or some other "way" of becoming a blue blood.

Now maybe this "new" staff with the departures of some coaches means we can't recruit anymore. My opinion this has more to do with the fact we don't have enough scholarships to give and our two deep is all JR/SO with little in the way of playing time to offer.

UNC on the other had has a ton of playing time to offer.
