I think the point is the focus of that


hard work. If I try to push a rope up the sidewalk, I will have worked hard but poor end result. My focus is in the wrong place.

Note I am not agreeing or disagreeing with any side here but I don’t think anyone is alleging the coaches aren’t working hard.
