Felt like I was pretty clear about saying


he can concentrate on those things in a slower, less face paced environment which may be more conducive to his growth. His on the job training and learning/growth curve will be steep IMO.
I’ll amend my statement to be I don’t agree with your assessment and I’m ok if you don’t agree with me.
