They might have had some players decide to transfer as a result


of forcing Hatchell out as coach. However, I am not sure I would label UNC women's basketball a "wreck" when you consider they hired Courtney Banghart. Banghart (254-103) is the winningest women's basketball coach in Princeton history. It appears that UNC lost 3 transfer (graduate transfers) and 1 FR transfer. It sounds like 1 or 2 of the 4 players barely played last year, so I am not sure how much of a loss it is to the program. Also, it appears that UNC has 4 incoming recruits for the upcoming season. Finally, they are expecting Emily Sullivan (6'4" F) to be back from injury.
