With three tournaments to go. Only one of those is a full field event. The next two week offers half points because they're opposite a major and a World Golf event. Obviously the easiest way was to win one of the three events. Wagner stayed at #152.

There are two major cutoffs to watch. #150 will keep him the same category that he has this year, with about 20 starts but not being able to pick your starts. #125 will give you a full schedule and more flexibility. In between is the level for top 25 from the Korn Ferry playoffs, which in previous years Wagner hasn't shown much interest in playing. As a previous champion with over 150 cuts, he will never completely lose his card, He would just have a very limited schedule, with just alternate events and a few sponsors exemptions, similar to Brenden de Jonge this year..

So, with all that said, If he makes the next three cuts in the top half of the field, he's got a good chance to get into the 126 to 150 level. He can't afford to miss cuts for the last three events. If he misses the last event in Greensboro, he would probably need two top 20's.

To get to #125, he would roughly need three top 15's. If he misses Greensboro, he will need two top 5's.

Long story short he needs three good weeks, and can't afford any meltdowns like the third round this week.
