I get that occasionally a player is a 'late bloomer', but only occasionally. This particular recruiting cycle most of our recruits are lightly recruited. This is not a good trend. Heck, I don't know if you are old enough to remember this but when CFB started out, dealing with NCAA probation and initial losing records he still managed to get a few well recruited players (Basham, Pyne, and others).and built from there. It seems like CJF AND Bud are going backwards instead of forward. I have a feeling that CJF's seeming de-emphasis on in-state recruiting early on is biting him in the butt but he would not admit it.
